The City of The Hague is main sponsor and host to the event. The Hague is positioning itself as the major sea location for Olympic sailing between Kiel and La Rochelle. With excellent international schools, universities and affordable housing athletes should seriously consider moving to The Hague.

The Port of The Hague is under major development and is transformed from a commercial/ fish port to a Marina with hotel/ living and conference facilities. The Championship will take place in the transforming harbour. Malherbe Groep is the developer of the regatta venue. "Caring for people in a healthy society" - under this motto the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport develops policy in the fields of health care, social care and sports. The Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport promotes and finances sport activities and combats undesirable aspects of sport such as injury en doping. The Ministry finances the event substantially.

Charter Lasers
The Performance SailCraft representative in the Netherlands will be issuing charter Lasers. Early booking will ensure the availability of a brand new Laser. A mobile Laser shop with all possible spares and a repair workshop will be available during the event on site.

Bel Air Hotel Den Haag
Bel Air Hotel Den Haag is during the winter months a 4star conference/ business hotel. The hotel is offering us up to 100 double rooms for €70 per night (€35 pp) including breakfast and VAT excluding tourist tax of €3.81 per night. Other facilities include; fitness, parking and internet facilities.
In order qualify for these conditions you need to make early reservations and quote your international Laser membership card number. After July 1st 2007 the rate will go up!

Ribs can be booked through Klaas de Jong Inflatables. Klaas de Jong has especially organized the availability of a large number of new Joker 470 rescue ribs. Other sizes can be ordered but ensure ample pre warning. Klaas de Jong is at the WC site with full repair facilities for immediate assistance where required.

Renault
Renault offers some of the most practical and safest cars presently on the market. You can make a reservation to rent a Renault for the duration of the event. Delivery is on site. For on the spot car hire Renault has kindly made available 20 Clio's that you can rent for attractive conditions during the championships. Renault also provides the busses, they will drive back and forth between the Bel Air Hotel Den Haag and the regatta venue.

Laser Radio
Laser Radio is specialized in internet Radio and incidentally has the same target audience as the Laser has. Sportive people ages 15-55.
